Can I rush my order or request express processing?
Yes! For some items. We offer limited rush production slots. We keep our production slots capped each month to ensure quality. Rush upgrade can be added to your cart before check-out.
Should I pre-trace my face or cut out my photo myself?
Only if youβre super particular. Otherwise, no need. Just send us the original photo and our team will take care of the cutout for you π
Can you edit or Photoshop the photo I send?
Nope. What you send is what we use. We donβt adjust colors, remove shadows, or add missing parts (like cropped hair or ears). We would highly appreciate if your photo is clear and complete.
What if I want to make changes?
If you selected Send Proofs, weβll show you a cutout before printing. You can request tweaks of final layout before production. We want you to love what you get.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as we havenβt started production yet β yes, you can! Just message us ASAP. Once itβs in production, we can no longer cancel or make changes.
What if I donβt like my order? Can I return or exchange it?

Can I send this as a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipientβs name and address at checkout. Want to include a note? Go for it β weβll leave out any receipts and make it extra special.
How do I take care of my personalized item?
To keep your item looking fresh and fun, machine wash it cold, inside out, with like colors and mild detergent. Hang dry β or if you must machine dry, use air or low heat only and remove promptly.
