How to order?
Please order within the website so we will get the exact photos and details for your order. If you experience any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us!
How long will it take for my order to ship?
The standard lead time is 8 to 14 days. We ship every Monday, cutoff is every Sunday - 11:30 PM.
Can I rush my order?/I need my order by a certain date.
Absolutely! We accept rush orders for certain products. Please see our Rush Order Policy.
Ref Magnets & Stickers are NOT RUSH ELIGIBLE products.
What is the order process?
1. Choose the product that you want to purchase.
2. Upload your photo.
3. Check out your order from our website.
4. We will send you proof/s (cutout version of your photo) to your email for approval. Please use an active email address as we ask you to confirm the proof within 24 hours to ensure a quick production time. Proofs will be sent during Monday - Wednesday
5. Once approved, allow 4-6 days for us to produce the item.
6. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

How do I know if my photo is good enough?

Should I pre-trace out of my face?
Please do not send us pre-traced/pre-cut-out faces. We will take care of it! The best outcome is when we receive the original photo.
Do you edit/photoshop our photos?
No. Our tracer will use the same exact photo that you will provide. We don't change colors, remove shadows, or do photo editing (add ears, hairs, etc. when the photo provided is cropped)
Where do I send the photos?
You may upload files upon ordering here in our website OR send them to our email: email@example.com
Payments & Shipping
What methods of payment do you accept?
All major credit & debit cards: Master Card, Visa.
Bank Transfer: BPI, Metrobank & Unionbank.
Online payments: GCash and PayMaya.
Do you accept COD?
No. Since all of our items are custom-made, we only make the product once payment is confirmed.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping starts at P120.00 - nationwide via J&T Express.
How are the items packaged?
Each item is individually packaged inside a sealed adhesive J&T poly bag. Depending upon the size of the order, the items are then placed within an envelope or box.
To ensure that the Printstrix experience stays top-notch for our amazing customers, we limit the number of orders we cater to every 15 days.
