Shipping policy

General
• Average production time to process and print your order is 8 - 12 business days. This does not account for the shipping time. Production time may increase and vary during the holidays.
• Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
• If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering.
• You will be sent a shipping notification by email with your tracking information when it is available.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused during shipping transit.
• We DO NOT recommend shipping your orders to hotels.

Shipping Fee
Shipping fee starts at ₱120 for orders below ₱5,000.
We offer FREE SHIPPING - nationwide for orders over ₱5,000.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking number says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package and you're certain nobody has moved it or accepted it for you, you must contact your nearest J&T Express branch immediately. It is possible your delivery guy either forgot or didn't have time to deliver that day and it will be delivered within the next day or so. Other common issues are that your package is being returned to sender, or the package is waiting for pickup at your nearest J&T Express branch. Usually a delivery attempt was made but they were not able to leave the package. Also be sure to ask neighbors if they received your package by mistake.

Once an order leaves our facility, it is under the care and responsibility of J&T Express. Any missing deliveries must be reported to J&T Express. Printstrix is not responsible for any missing or lost orders. Your tracking number will give you an estimated delivery date. A signature is not required for delivery. You must be available to receive this delivery personally, if not you risk your delivery being lost or stolen.

If you feel that there may be issues receiving your order in person, please contact us or J&T Express with the tracking number to schedule a pickup at the nearest J&T Express branch.

Redelivery
If your order is returned to us you may request redelivery. There will be a charge for this service.
