Yes! For some items like socks, stickers, and mousepads, we offer limited rush production slots. We keep our production slots capped each month to ensure quality — no shortcuts!
Should I pre-trace my face or cut out my photo myself?
Only if you’re super particular. Otherwise, no need — just send us the original photo and our team will take care of the cutout for you 👌
Can you edit or Photoshop the photo I send?
Nope. What you send is what we use. We don’t adjust colors, remove shadows, or add missing parts (like cropped hair or ears). We would highly appreciate if your photo is clear and complete.
What if I want to make changes?
If you selected Send Proofs, we’ll show you a cutout before printing. You can request tweaks of final layout before production — we want you to love what you get.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as we haven’t started production yet — yes, you can! Just message us ASAP. Once it’s in production, we can no longer cancel or make changes.
What if I don’t like my order? Can I return or exchange it?
